Seriously, a perfect day. I have to study now for my final tomorrow, but I don’t regret a second of the time I spent on the Lakefill today :)

One of those days where I started off with an agenda to finish the bulk of my schoolwork so I can freely enjoy the weekend (CELEBRASIA!!!!) but instead took too many naps and hung out with friends. But I’ve come to realize that spending time with friends is just as valuable (in a different way) as spending time at the library taking psych notes. 3 am burger king runs, just for the heck of it because we’re all bored and starting to get hungry, may not be good for our health but it’s a nice opportunity to just chiiiiill while munching on BK’s new fries.
Oh man, I really love school and I really love that other people really love school too. Northwestern’s quarter system might kick my butt but at least I’m enjoying every minute of my butt-kicking. The talk tonight about how we consider Northwestern home — how “home” isn’t necessarily just NJ but also Allison or PARC — and were excited to get back to school after winter break shows me how blessed I am to attend a school that I’m so comfortable at.
I guess I should sleep now so I can wake up early and show Jenny (prospie Jenny) around campus tomorrow! I get to spend a couple hours bragging about the school that I love, teehee.
side note: today i fell asleep in my psych study for about 2 minutes and probably messed up all of the researcher’s data. oooops.
